Charmant cottage indépendant, entièrement meublé, situé sur ma propriété avec accès à une piscine et un jardin. Il comprend une grande pièce de vie avec kitchenette équipée (2 plaques électriques, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave-linge), une salle de douche avec fenêtre, et une climatisation réversible. Connexion fibre, parking privé, et environnement résidentiel calme. Le logement est idéalement situé à proximité de Sophia-Antipolis et de Mougins School. Voiture recommandée. Pas de charges mensuelles, mais une avance de 60€ est demandée pour les consommations.
